  自我推介：

  I believe that all students have their own way of learning and we as teachers must find it. I believe interest matters most when it comes to language learning. So I don’t think it matters if the material comes from a book, video or from the teacher, if she makes the topic interesting, the students will get involved in learning.

  在语言学习中兴趣是最好的老师，也是使学生能持之以恒地学习的催化剂，没有兴趣就没有求知欲。因此，一个好的英语教师，首先应该能在教学中激发出学生的兴趣，让学生主动参与到课堂中来。
